Community Support

The Community Support Team aims to offer support to disabled adults, children and young people.

If this is you or someone you care for then we support you in a way and at a time that suits you.

We provide support :

• in your own home
• in the community
• for leisure pleasure activities
• to access college courses
• to go to work

We understand that everyone is an individual and has their own special requirements and that you may well prefer to discuss things on a more personal level over the phone.

We were inspected by the Care Quality Commission in January 2013 and our services were judged to be Compliant. Their report can be downloaded from here (Community Support CQC Report – Jan 2013).
